Can I try it for Free?

Try PrintWatch Premium for 30 days for free to see if it works for you. At the end of your free trial you will begin the regular billing cycle pertaining to your plan. Cancel any time before your free trial is over and you will not be billed for the next month or any subsequent month’s subscriptions, resulting in no costs for you.

Which plan should I choose?

It depends on how many printers you have and what sort of setup you have.

If you have 1-10 printers and access to the internet, then you should go with the Premium Plan. This plan is the easiest to setup and use, just plug and play.

If you have more than 10 printers, do not have internet connection, or require customization, then you should go with the Professional Plan. Contact us so that we can help you decide what will work best for your setup.

The Professional Plan is great for users with any number of printers, network or security constraints, or any needs that are not met by the Standard Plan.

I am using OctoPrint, which plan do I choose?

If you are using the OctoPrint Plugin for PrintWatch, both plans will work for you.

Selecting the PrintWatch Premium plan for 1-10 printers will be the fastest method for checking out and getting your printers running with defect detection enabled. Follow the Quickstart Guide for OctoPrint.

Can I use a single subscription on 2 or more printers?


If you own two different printers and want to run printwatch on them at separate times, you can do so with no issue. You can only run one of the printers with printwatch active at a time however.

Can I change my plan?


You can change your plan at any time. Say you buy another printer and want to upgrade from the 1 Printer plan to the 2 Printer plan, you can do so with no problem. Similar if you lose a printer, you can downgrade from the 2 Printer plan to the 1 Printer plan.

Can I cancel my plan?


You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not have to pay for another subscription period and can come back anytime.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-Day Full-Refund.

If PrintWatch isn’t able to work on your device or doesn’t integrate well with your setup, contact us and we will issue a full refund.

How is my card information handled?

We have no access to your financial information. Checkout and payment processing is handled by Stripe.

The plan is out of my price range, what can I do?
