This is the Terms of Service for all of printpal.io’s products.
These Terms of Service form a binding contract between you (the “User”) and printpal.io LLC (‘we’, ‘us’, printpal.io’, or ‘printpal’). “You” and the “User” refers to the individual, company, or legal entity that you represent.
Your agreement as a “User”:
If you purchase subscription(s), product(s), or use any of printpal.io’s services, you acknowledge and accept the contract between you and printpal.io, known as the Terms of Service. Ensure that you have the authority to enter into the Terms of Service Contract before proceeding.
We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service at any time. In the event, please take the time to read through them, the continued use of our services means you accept the changes to the Terms of Service.
In order to create an account or subscription for yourself or your organization, you must be a natural person of at least 13 years of age. By creating an account for your organization, you acknowledge that you have the authority to act on behalf of the organization and bind your organization to these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account or subscription. You may not disclose your passwords or api keys to any third party, and you are responsible for actions taken with your access keys or passwords.
It is your duty to notify us immediately in the event of a security breach on your account.
Our plans and pricing options can be found at https://printpal.io/pricing. We offer customizable plans, in which case the payments and terms will be further discussed and mutually agreed upon by the User and printpal.io.
Our PrintWatch Premium subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments, fees, or subscriptions are non-refundable and do not include any taxes, which the User is responsible for paying.
We reserve the right to make changes to our pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing change, the User will be notified, and the pricing change will take effect in the next month’s billing cycle.
You, the User may cancel your subscription or plan at any time.
printpal.io may terminate your usage of our services at any time with or without cause.
In the event of a cancellation, the User will not have access to printpal.io’s services, regardless of time left in the billing cycle.
The User may disclose Confidential Information to printpal.io in connection with the subscription or service. printpal.io may also disclose Confidential Information to the User in connection with the subscription or service. The receiving party may not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party and will take measures to prevent unauthorized access of the Confidential Information. Additionally, the User shall limit access to Confidential Information to individuals within the organization that fall within scope to accessing the information.
The receiving party may access or disclose Confidential Information if it is required by law. In the event of Confidential Information being disclosed due to the law, the disclosing party must give the other party notice prior to access or disclosure.
printpal.io owns all intellectual property rights related to the software and services we provide. By submitting information to our API services, you grant us a non-exclusive and unlimited-term license to access and use that information.
printpal.io and all employees of printpal.io will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages, including the loss of revenue and profits, whether or not due to the fault or negligence of printpal.io or related parties.
Either parties aggregate liability to the other party of any third party will not exceed the amount that you, the User have paid to us in the past 12 months immediately after the time of the claim.

The User will defend printpal.io and the employees of printpal.io from and against any and all third party claims, actions, suits, proceedings, and demands arising from or related to the User’s use of our software or services. The User will Indemnify printpal.io for all attorney’s fees incurred and damages and other costs awarded against printpal.io in connection with or as a result of a claim against us.
printpal.io makes no warranties or promises about the software and services we provide. You, the User are solely responsible for any damage resulting from your access to our software or services.
