Upload a selfie or portrait photo and we will generate a 3D printable figurine of you or anyone. Choose from realistic, cartoon, or tabletop miniature styles.
This tool uses AI image enhancement and Super Resolution to generate detailed 3D figurines from portraits. Each generation counts as 1 Super Resolution use toward your monthly quota.
The PrintPal Face to 3D Figurine Generator transforms your selfies, portraits, and headshots into high-quality 3D models ready for 3D printing. Create custom figurines, personalized gifts, wedding cake toppers, groomsmen and bridesmaid gifts, bobblehead-style keepsakes, and desk decorations from a single photo.
Upload a clear photo of yourself or anyone, then choose from three figurine styles. Our AI first enhances your photo into an optimized 3D-ready render, then generates a detailed 3D model using Super Resolution technology. The result is a print-ready STL, OBJ, GLB, or FBX file you can open in any slicer or 3D modeling software.
What photos work best? A clear, well-lit photo with a front-facing or 3/4 angle view produces the best results. Full-body or waist-up shots with minimal background clutter are ideal.
How long does generation take? Figurines typically take 4-6 minutes to generate, as the process includes AI image enhancement and 3D model generation.
Can I 3D print the output directly? Yes. The STL output is ready for any FDM or resin 3D printer. Open it in Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, or your preferred slicer.
Can I use group photos? For best results, use photos with a single person. The AI works best with a clear, distinct subject as the focus of the image.
What is the difference between the styles? Realistic preserves natural details and likeness. Cartoon creates a fun, animated version with simplified features. Tabletop Miniature produces a matte clay figurine look with toy-like proportions on a base.
How does billing work? Each generation uses 1 Super Resolution credit from your monthly Pro or Studio plan. Non-subscribers can use API credits (25 credits per generation).
