No. Paste a roster of names and we create username + password accounts instantly (emails optional). Students with email can also self-join with a class code.
In the Billing tab choose "Request an invoice", pick the number of seats and the term, and add your PO number. You get a Stripe-hosted invoice with a PDF you can pay by ACH, card or check. Seats activate as soon as it is paid, and you can keep using the trial meanwhile.
Yes — every paid invoice has a downloadable receipt and PDF, and our vendor details (legal name, address, tax ID, W-9) are shown in the Billing tab for your procurement team.
Every filled seat gets 200 AI credits each month (during the free trial, 50) for the AI CAD Agent and the credit-powered tools. They refresh monthly whether you pay monthly, annually or by invoice, and unused credits do not roll over. If a class needs more, buy a shared pool and allocate it; pool credits never expire.
Members keep their accounts and everything they made, but drop back to the free tier until a plan is active. Nothing is deleted.
Yes. Any teacher or admin can open a student and see their generations, uploads and assignment submissions, with previews and downloads.
