Are PrintPal integrations free?

Yes. Every plugin and the MCP server are free to install. Model search, calculators, the wiki, build guides and timelapses up to 1080p are free. Only AI 3D generation uses PrintPal credits, and some extras such as 4K timelapses need a paid plan.

Do I need a PrintPal account?

No for browsing, importing free models, calculators and learning content. You only need an account and an API key from printpal.io/api-keys to run AI 3D generation from inside another app.
