SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between You ("Licensee") and PrintPal ("Licensor").

1. LICENSE GRANT: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the 3D model ("Software") for the purposes specified in the license type selected.

2. RESTRICTIONS: Licensee shall not: (a) redistribute the original files without permission; (b) claim ownership of the original design; (c) use the model for illegal purposes.

3. OWNERSHIP: The 3D model is owned and copyrighted by the original creator. Licensee's license confers usage rights as specified in the selected license type.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
